Pennisetum alopecuroides 'Piglet'

Shorter than 'Hameln' and taller than 'Little Bunny,' 'Piglet' is a medium sized option of Pennisetum that is well suited for perennial beds and borders. Full, bushy blooms of light pink to white emerge mid Summer and later turn into tawny seed heads in the Fall. The fine textured green foliage turns reddish brown late in the season adding to the Autumn interest. Asexual propagation prohibited.
