Stachys byzantina 'Countess Helene von Stein'

Lamb's Ear

Stachys byzantina is also known as 'Big Ears', as the fuzzy silver leaves are larger, greener and more heat tolerant than traditional Lamb's Ear. 'Countess Helene von Stein' makes a nice foliage clump, rarely flowers and does not melt out in summer heat.
