Frozen Peach Salad

Salad or Dessert? You tell us.

	3 oz. cream cheese, softened
	2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
	1/4 tsp. salt
	1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
	1-2/3 cup miniature marshmallows

	1/2 cup sliced Maraschino cherries
	1/2 cup chopped pecans
	15 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
	2-3 peaches, diced
	Crisp greens

Directions

Cream cheese and mayo until smooth; add salt and mix well. Fold in whipped cream and add marshmallows. Lightly fold in fruits and nuts. Turn into 2 ice cube trays (metal kind where you can remove the divider), freezing until firm. Cut into squares and serve on crisp greens. Garnish with whole, stemmed Maraschino cherries.

Serving Information

Can also be served without the greens as a dessert.
