Canna lilies are perfect for planting beside a pond or stream and their enormous, tropical-like foliage make for a striking display when planted in masses. Blooms midsummer to fall. Requires full sun. Planting too early in the spring could increase chance of frost damage. Can tolerate average soils, but needs plenty of watering.
